YK Company, Riyadh. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use our website and client portal, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia.
What we collect
When you request an appointment: your name, mobile number, email if provided, the service you need, your preferred day and time, and any note you write. In the client portal: your account details and the files you upload for your transaction. We also log basic technical data such as your device address to protect the site from automated requests.
Why we use it
To contact you and confirm your consultation, to deliver and follow up the service you request with the relevant authorities, to keep you informed of your transaction, and to keep the site secure. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
We share only the data and documents needed with the government and regulatory bodies your service requires, and with technical service providers who run our systems under confidentiality obligations. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you work with us, then for as long as the law requires or to protect both parties’ rights, after which we delete or anonymise it.
How we protect it
We use technical and administrative measures, including hashed passwords, limited staff access, and separating client accounts from our internal office systems.
Your rights
